IMPORTANT CHANGE TO INTER VIVOS TRUST!
The requirements for Inter Vivos Trusts have changed. All Inter Vivos Trusts
must have an Independent Trustee. An Independent Trustee is defined as a
trustee who is not allowed to be a beneficiary of the trust. |

As from May 2006 all Income Tax affairs of
Individual taxpayers will be
handled by SATaxHelp, a separate business entity, in the Rall group of
companies. Rall Business Consultancy will concentrate on rendering
accounting and business services, while SATaxHelp will concentrate on
taxation services. All our existing individual tax clients were transferred
from Rall Business Consultancy to SATaxHelp effective the 1st of May 2006. |

Effective 01 July 2006, Herman has been elected
to serve on the board of directors of the South African Institute for
Business Accountants. |
