REGISTRATION OF CLOSE CORPORATIONS

Registration of individuals as the members of a new Close Corporation.

Our fees are (Valid from 01/08/2009 to 28/02/2010):

Registration of a new or an amendment to an existing Close Corporation (CC):

	New CC - Name Reservation (CK7) - R165.00
	New CC - Founding Statement (CK1) - R750.00
	Existing CC - Amended Founding Statement (CK2) - R580

Depending on the workload of the Registrar of Close Corporations, the lodging of a :

	CK7 can vary from 2 business hours up to 7 business days;
	CK1 can vary from 1 business days up to 4 weeks;

However, it is possible to register a CK1 within 1 day, if our office take the CK1 through the relevant processes at the DTi after we have loaded the CK1 electronically. We do not charge an additional fee for this special service.

Registration of the Inter Vivos Trust as the member of your Close Corporation;

Our fees are (Valid from 01/08/2009 to 28/02/2010):

	New CC - Founding Statement (CK1) - R955.00
	Existing CC - Amended Founding Statement (CK2) - R660

Depending on the workload of the Registrar of Close Corporations, the lodging of a :

	CK7 can vary from 2 business hours up to 7 business days;
	CK1 can vary from 1 business days up to 4 weeks;

However, it is not possible to register a CK1 with a trust as the member within 1 day, because the electronic loading facility does not yet allow for a trust to be loaded as a member of the CC.
